Step 1 : Download Mac Data Recovery Software and install it. You need to launch it to start the recovery of deleted or lost files from the hard volumes/drives of Mac by clicking on “Recover Data”.
Step 2 : The recovery from drive contains four of the sub modules and every module includes almost similar steps of recovering. You will have to click on ‘Quick Recovery’ which is located below of the tab ‘Drive Recovery’.
Step 3 : Choose the specific volume through ‘Volume(s)’ list then click ‘Scan’ located in right corner at bottom of screen which starts the scanning and the scanning is shown by progress bar.
Step 4 : Now you get the scanning results as ‘Filter List’ , ‘Classic List’ and ‘File List’ view then select the specific view according to your files for sorting the data. You can even type the name of file in ‘Search’ for searching of particular file.
Step 5 : Once clicking on right side of file from the bottom right which gives two such as ‘Quick Look’ for the preview of file providing with the OS Quick Look and another one is ‘Recover’ for the recovery of selected item. Now you need to select the files, folders which you want to recover by ‘Recover’ option located at bottom.
Step 6 : Choose the desired location for saving the recoverable file through ‘Open Directory’ and then click on ‘Choose’.
Step 7: Now the software will start saving of selected files to the desired destination which you can see through progress bar.
